- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have flexible pricing and will work with you when/as I can. I appreciate the tight budgets of most start-ups, and if I see that you are truly committed to doing the work- I will work with you on price to help you get to where you need to be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first session is an assessment that enables me to gauge what type of help and support you need. After that initial hour, together we will decide what the best next steps are. Some companies need an audit of their business which can take a few hours, and some need me to work within the company for a period of time. Some soloprenuers just need an hour of guidance each week so that they have a road map and can check it off limiting mistakes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a second-generation entrepreneur born to two entrepreneurs. I have always seen self-employment as the norm. I have 25 years of owning and running my own small businesses ranging from the film industry, to all things real estate- development, interior design, construction trades to the non-profit sector.
