Kris was totally professional from beginning to end. He showed up when he said he would, quoted a reasonable price, and got my deck demo'ed and rebuilt in a very timely fashion, sending me pictures along the way. I appreciate so much how easy he was to work with after I had to deal with many contractors who are not nearly as honest or professional.

Kris and his crew at General Solutions LLC impressed me with their attention to detail and ability to work with my wife and I in designing and executing our deck project. Kris and his crew added a bathroom to an unfinished basement furnace room. We are thrilled with how it turned out. Kris came out and looked at the project the day after we initially talked. He quickly got us a detailed and itemized quote and began work. He was very responsive and punctual. His crew came six days a week to work on the bathroom. The bathroom has been finished for about a month now and there have been zero issues. We are extremely happy and would absolutely recommend General Solution LLC.
