Michael vasquez and team did a wonderful job finishing our basement. We've worked with a number of contractors and remodelers over the years and Michael team were particularly professional and experienced. They were helpful and flexible as we modified and expanded our plans over the life of the project. They listened to what we wanted, and when we weren't sure what we wanted, they had helpful suggestions and were able to guide us to a good decision. Most importantly,Michael always responsive and in-touch and maintained great communication throughout the project. We're really happy with the final product and I'd recommend building remodeling llc to anyone.

Michael did quite a bit of work on our home. He rebuilt an exterior water damaged wall and put in a new window, added two huge skylights, put in a 9 foot slider and two windows. Everything looks beautiful, leveled, and secure. We will definitely be hiring him for all of our future framing jobs. On top of a great work done he’s also very punctual and he was able to finish everything even though we were in a bit of time crunch.

This was our first use of Thumbtack app, helped us find Building & Remodeling LLC to help us rebuild our closet and put back the california closet up. They added couple of 2 by 4s where needed, removed the old insulation and couple water stained sheet rocks, re-insulated, sheet-rocked, taped & sanded, painted and put back the closet together. Our observation is: Michael vasquez was very organized, meticulous, respectful, responsive, takes pride in every part of his work. He is very smart, solved the puzzle of already uninstalled california closet (by another person before he had arrived at work) put it all back together. We are very pleased with Michael’s work, highly recommend him.
