An unbelievable experience with the guys from emerald from start to finish of the project, they are levels above any previous contractors I have used and moving forward they will be the only contractors I hire.
I have always wanted to finish my basement but was always concerned about leaks and moisture problems but the emerald team came in and completely sealed up my basement and gave me complete reassurance and im so happy I can finally utilize the basement space with help from emerald.

I started by having my home foundation inspected by emerald waterproofing & restoration after i noticed some cracks and slight movement.
The team came out and gave a full inspection with report after and told me the necessary steps i would need to take to fix the issues, it was a no pressue and no obligation inspection which was great as it didnt feel like they were trying to force us into these repairs and it was just their pure professional opinion and advice.
We decided to go ahead with the repairs after thinking about it and we are so glad we did as we are now at ease knowing our foundation is secured.
If your looking for true professionals and experts i highly reccomend this team.

I reached out to emerald waterproofing & restoration regarding my chimney and in my opinion i thought i needed a new one due to deterioration but the team came out and they repaired it to a great standard without having to tear it down, the replaced the broken bricks and put all new mortar throughout the chimney then finished by sealing it.
When it was completed i honestly thought it was a new chimney the way they managed to repair it and i am over with moon with the results im so glad i chose emerald and i will definetley be reaching out in the future for other home projects.

I had a full foundation inspection done by emerald waterproofing & restoration after I noticed some cracks on the surface, the team carried out extensive test and assured me thankfully it was nothing to be seriously concerned about and they carried out the necessary repairs to get everything back up to a safe standard.
This team has stopped my sleepless nights after I found these issues I really can't thank them enough and I will definitely be recommending them to my family and I will definitely be using them again myself.

I had a home waterproofing project carried out by the emerald team on my leaking basement walls which has been causing me a lot of trouble lately but since they came in a sealed up my full basement I haven't had any more problems and I can finally have full use of my basement again.
