I couldn’t speak higher about L&M floors! Luis was extremely knowledgeable and honest with us about what we could achieve with our existing floors given their condition. He didn’t try to upsell us, knowing we’d never get the floors we wanted without replacing all of the wood. He and his team were unbelievable and did the job quickly and beautifully! I was extremely worried about dust due to our daughter’s illness and there wasn’t a speck to be seen. Look no further than L&M for all of your flooring needs!

Luis and his team were professional and straight to the point from the beginning at the walkthrough. We refinished a co-op parquet floor and every step was considered from Luis - from the hallway prep to the ventilation to the curing time. He guided my mom on the best stain option based on her floor condition and did a spot test to validate. I would definitely use Luis again in the future.
