Are you looking to invest in your team? Are you looking for a motivational speaker? Someone to energize your organization/team? Someone to remove the distractions and tensions that are slowing your team down? Are you having a hard time to choose from the many motivational speakers available? All the above were a yes for me. Here's why I choose Bridget and how it turned out... I choose Bridget because she has a wealth of education (masters and doctorate), and impressive experience and expertise. The hybrid combination of the above seemed like they might be up for the task... and at an affordable rate compared to others with less qualifications... They were.. Bridget was! She spent several hours through several days meeting with stakeholders and planning the best approach for the best outcome. When game day came, a full day session for 30 corporate employees/managers/leaders, Bridget delivered. She removed the tensions, she re-established open communications, and she lit a fire under my team. We work harder on our own now, produce more, and collaborate much better. Degrees in human resource management, systems theory counseling, and educational leadership. Reading, workshops, conversations with fellow providers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
With degrees in human resources, marriage & family therapy, and educational leadership it just made sense to help companies and individuals benefit from the lessons I've learned along the way. I study people for a living and building their character and strength has always been my passion.
