- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process as seamless and valuable as possible. It starts with a strategy call to align on your goals and challenges. From there, we build and finalize a custom roadmap together, then move into onboarding to gather key brand materials and get started. With regular check-ins throughout the project, we ensure everything stays on track and perfectly aligned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before starting UPBEAT, I spent nearly a decade running the marketing gamut— from shaping brand strategies for global giants to driving growth for scrappy SaaS startups. My Master’s in Digital Marketing & Media from Yeshiva University let me nerd out on analytics, proving that data and storytelling are the ultimate marketing power couple.
