If I could, I would choose all 5 out of 5 items to characterize UTSP. UTSP Appliance Repair are what I would call "Super Professionals" in all respects. My older Whirlpool refrigerator was definitely not working properly. My request thru Thumbtack to UTSP was returned immediately and a next morning visit scheduled and confirmed (that's fast!). The UTSP tech was amazing in being able to diagnose the possible causes, and had the right equipment on hand to immediately start the fix. Even though young, Ivan is one of these (rare) talented, smart problem-solvers who can identify the top level problem, but also seek an underlying cause. He restored the proper refrigerating temperature, without any loss of food. But he also immediately ordered the parts to the door, whose worn pivot was the true cause, and returned to install them. I am going to hire UTSP again, and urge anyone with an appliance problem to give this new super pro a call.

I normally repair my appliances but there are only so many hours in the day so I am always looking for a great service person that i can rely on when time is limited. Always looking for someone who is knowledgeable and gives me the confidence that they will do the job right the first time . We have a 6 burner dual oven Viking range and recently it has become harder and harder to find good service and repair options. I am impressed with UTSP, Ivan showed up on time, clearly knew what he was doing and in under 30 minutes gave me a diagnosis and repair plan and cost. Had to order parts, he was back on site with new parts in four days finished up the repair and our Viking is back on line. Great job, nice guy, happy we found UTSP, I am definitely keeping his number on our fridge in case we need work on any other appliances in our home. Thanks Ivan, we appreciate you!
