FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen carefully to the customer’s description of the problem. Then, I inspect the appliance to diagnose the issue. Once I identify the problem, I explain the solution, provide a cost estimate, and proceed with the repair only after getting the customer’s approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an EPA608 certification, which qualifies me to work on systems containing refrigerants. Additionally, I have years of hands-on experience repairing various appliances, from refrigerators to washing machines, both in Russia and the U.S.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working with home appliances many years ago in Russia, where I developed a passion for fixing things. After moving to the U.S., I continued in this field and have been repairing appliances here for over two years now.
