- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not offer discounts at this time, but that is subject to change. If the customer wants me to repair their appliance, my diagnostic fee will be waived (The first visit). After the repair is completed, my hourly rate plus labor fee will be charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask questions first to get a better idea of what the problem might be. Once the root cause is identified, I notify the customer. He or She can then decide whether to have the unit repaired or purchase a new one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I enrolled in the "Appliance Boot Camp" online course.
