- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have session rates that include 1.5 hour total appointments that include pre and post session feedback and special package deals which include multiple sessions. I also have sessions that are a half hour long; and sessions that can be longer to accommodate what my clients are looking for. It is recommended for clients to have multiple appointments at the start of Reiki/energy therapy. Some clients prefer appointments every 1.5-2 weeks and others enjoy a session each month. It is a personal preference. I accept Payments through PayPal, cash, checks, and credit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to inform customers of what to expect during a session and assist in answering any questions. I like to communicate with a new customer prior to the actual session starting to go over what to expect, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Level Reiki practitioner; as well as a Master Level Integrated Energy Therapist. I am a Level 2 Animal Reiki Practitioner. I have taken continuing education courses in holistic health, nutrition studies, chakra studies, angel studies, aromatherapy, business, emotional freedom technique, etc. I completed an 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program last spring. I have a certificate of completion in "Healing Angels of the Energy Field". I am an active member of the CT Counseling Association; as well as the CT School Counselor Association. I received a post masters professional counselor certification and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor certified in CT. I have a Bachelors of Science in Human Development & Family Studies and a Masters of Science in School Counseling.
