I had the pleasure of working with Wagner at PG Hardwood Flooring when I needed to change out 2 different types & colors of LVP flooring (one that was coming apart) to match the color of hardwood in a different room and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, their attention to detail was top-notch. They took the time to ensure the job was done to perfection, making sure every plank was installed with precision with minimal damage to the product. They go under the baseboards, take closet doors off, etc. to make sure the finished product looks beautiful.
What really stood out was their excellent responsiveness. Any questions I had were answered quickly and they kept me informed throughout the process, which made me feel confident that I was in great hands.
Wagner has a fantastic eye for color matching. He helped me choose the perfect shade for my space, and the final result looks amazing! The floors tie everything together beautifully.
Communication was smooth and consistent, which made the whole experience feel seamless. It’s clear they truly care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of floor replacement and/or installation—an all-around excellent experience!

I had the pleasure of having a super professional interaction with Wagner. Wagner is a person who listen to every detail and need I could have had. I am definitely more detailed and needy than your average customer and he was able to execute my every need!! He was very punctual too and eager to finish the work in a timely manner. Very hardworking young man. Wagner ripped up the tiles lay wood planks and did my baseboards!! The price was super affordable!! Thank you so much Wagner! I will see you soon for the flooring in the laundry room!!
