This young man responded to my ad almost immediately. Upon speaking to him he explained all my options regarding hardware needed and their individual costs. He also told me what his service fee would be and the various ways I could pay. This all instilled a great confidence in his professionalism. He did two jobs for me today and I was thoroughly impressed with both. One was electrical and one construction. He is professional and serious/ businesslike and the quality and value for his work is exceptional.
We originally agreed on a time but since he was working another job before me we agreed to keep in touch to update arrival time. Fabio was immediately responsive to my texts and eventually we landed on a time that worked for both of us due to his being held up at the original job as a result of an employee calling in sick. Regardless, he did not keep me wondering and was more than apologetic. Once he got here he apologized several times for the delays. Mind you, he was willing to come after regular business hours since he knew i really wanted the work done today since I'm going away soon. To be so accommodating and kind about it was a very respectable trait.
He got to work right away and didn't waste a minute. He was interesting to watch as you could see how he knew exactly what he was doing and almost see how he was planning the next step in his head as he went along. He was like a machine. He was kind of shy but at the end he was friendly and more relaxed which to me emphasized how focused and serious he is about his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know and I will surely use him for all my household needs. I've already requested his services for another big electrical job. I have full confidence now in his"product". His rates are more than fair and affordable. I'm really so pleased to find someone of his caliber that I can depend on on every way: punctuality, responsiveness, quality, value, professionalism, scope of skills. He even vacuumed and wiped down the area he worked in. I give him a five plus out of five.

Hired him a month ago beautiful work excellent good on detail with my chandeliers installed one in my main dining room and installed one in my living room. Hey man is two workers clean efficient dressed my chandeliers as well . Also installed under cabinet lighting in my kitchen, beautiful work LED with motion sensor. I would recommend him to anybody that I know.
