- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Greeting and Introduction: I welcome the customer and introduce the company. 2. Understanding the Request: I ask questions to clarify the customer's request, ensuring I understand their needs and goals. 3. Providing Relevant Information: I share relevant information, answer questions, and offer suggestions to address the customer's inquiry. 4. Task Completion: If the customer has a specific task or question, we work to complete it or provide a solution. 5. Follow-up and Refinement: If needed, I ask follow-up questions to refine my understanding and ensure the customer is satisfied with the proposed solution. 6. Additional Support: If the customer has additional questions or needs further assistance, we are available to help. 7. Closing and Feedback: Once the customer's request is fulfilled, I thank them and invite feedback to improve my performance.
