- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price competitive. If you are looking for The lowest bid. That's not going to be me . Good work isn't cheep and cheep work isn't any good. In order to stand behind your work consistently, There can't be cut corners. Juggling more work than you can handle or use of Inferior products. Rushing through to save money can ruin your cabinets. With problems for years to come.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First interview will be makeing the potential client comfortable in knowing you are capable of producing an on time with in budget craftsmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certificates for many courses required to apply for licensing.
