Bob was very thorough with my inspection. He made sure he checked everything in every room and was able to answer all of my questions I had. He also made sure I understood everything he was telling me. His report I got very quickly as well. I would highly recommend him to anybody look for a good home inspection.

I had a perfect appointment with Bob. He was modivated from the get go to help me. Timely, personable and professional are 3 traits I recognized about Bob right away. He was very thorough through the inspection, taking his time through each step to insure accuracy. Bob also explained each and every issue the home had, both verbally throughout the inspection and then again in a very detailed report I received within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend Bob!! Robert was absolutely fantastic, and thorough, and so detailed (and patient with me 'cause I asked a million questions). He was a knowledgeable educator as well as an inspector. He was very free with his advice, open-mindedness and recommendations throughout the entire inspection process. Personally, I learned a lot about this property that I will eventually own.
