- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a set fee to come diagnose the appliance and carefully inspect all functions in order to be as fair as possible in the repair process. My goal is to have repeat customers who will have no problem referring me to friends and family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Perform a complete diagnosis of symptoms, replace needed parts, test for normal operation
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I met the owner of a local shop through a business networking group. After less than 1 year I began running the service department where I've been for over 4 years.
