After going through a less than pleasant experience with another contractor, it was an absolute relief to work with the folks at Town and Country. I had to reschedule my gutter replacement a few times and would often speak with Ada who was beyond patient and understanding about the situation. Dave was also extremely responsive and flexible, bumping up the gutter removal/installation when there was a last minute change to my painter’s schedule. The team who did the installation was efficient but did a beautiful job. They walked me through all of the work they did after the job was completed and even pointed out a hornets nest on a tree near my house because they were worried about my children’s safety. I was truly impressed by the level of professionalism I encountered from each and every staff member I came into contact with. The cherry on top was that Town and Country’s rates were very competitive compared with the three other gutter companies I got quotes from. I am so glad I went with Town and Country and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

the crew arrived before the scheduled time an finished quickly. cleaned up after they were through. the price was about 1/2 of another gutter company..

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a pretty simple process that we are very transparent about. Depending on the size and style of the gutter it is a standard dollar amount per foot. Whatever the footage comes out to is what the cost of the project will cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers because it gives us opportunity to wow them. We take a lot of pride in our customer service and communication and it starts from the first hello. Once we are able to connect through a phone call or text we can stop out to your home or business and meet with you to discuss the best options and are able to provide a price within minutes.
