Hired on Thumbtack

I had a printer paper jam and contacted XYLO to ask if they thought it could be fixed. Their response was received in less then 10 minutes even though it was after 9 p.m. when I contacged them. The tech said he could be here the Next Day ! Wow that was FAST (and unexpected). I set up an appointment for 3 PM he was right on time, took off his Shoes (European Custom) so he didnt track anything into the house and got to work and cleared the jam in a few minutes pulling the bits and pieces and clumps of jammer paper out of the rollers. When he was sure thinhs were clear he saw an error message concerning the scanner and had to re connect the cables that I disturbed on my self repair that didn't do squat. Total professional and knez exactly what he had to do. I am Totally Impressed by this tech and HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone needing printer or computer repairs to contact XYLO. I was also pleased about the price I was charged especially since it took over a hour and 15 minutes to complete the repair which was as quote and less then 1/2 of the other quote. 5 STARS aren't enough. Id give him more if I could.

A computer of mine I could not fix for over 2 years was repaired almost effortlessly by the guys at XyloTech. They arrived on time in accordance to my schedule, the interaction went flawlessly. The computer knowledge they posses made the repair only take 1 hour, it seemed like the second they saw the computer they knew what was wrong. They diagnosed it with a faulty CPU. Provided me with many replacement options and walked me through the best one for my needs. Here is a picture attached showing the state my computer sat in for over 2 years, before I was blessed by the workmanship of XyloTech. They fixed my headache.
