I booked her and she didn't clean my house properly. I wrote when I notice it wasn't clean & sent pictures. The job was a rushed job. I even tipped her. read the message & never responded . I will not book her if you want your house clean. How can you rush a small 1bedroom

My mom had to ask them to clean again due to the floors looking dirtier than before they started cleaning. They were using an already dirty mop to mop the floors. They also “cleaned the cabinets” and wiped surfaces down but they stayed dirty. Definitely not using them again.

The estimate given on the website was $138 but they actually charged $400. This is only part of a small single family home, not including the living room, dining room, and another bathroom. The previous tenant cleaned it once so it wasn‘t messy or dirty. But I didn’t want to argue or leave a mess so I paid. I definitely won‘t hire them again.
