Rome and his team were excellent to work with. Rome’s staff have a wide range of expertise and they were able to tackle all of my needs including carpentry, custom wood work, electrical, plumbing, painting and prepping. Rome was always available outside of normal working hours for questions and he would work on weekends in order to complete key milestones. I’m extremely pleased with Rome’s team of experts and his price was fair and competitive. I’ve chosen Rome to execute on another project which started this week. I would definitely recommend Rome to others looking to perform home renovation work!

My husband and I recently purchased a home and we were in dire need of getting our new home remodeled with new ceilings, lights, fixtures, ceiling fans, crown molding, paint, and new flooring that would replace wooden floors with cupping. We went from contractor to contractor, seeking help, and responses varied from “this is a big job..we could only do half” to “this is a big job that would take months to finish”. Similar responses continued until we met Rome, here on thumbtack. Rome took our needs, and our financial status into consideration, from the very first time we spoke. Not only did he listen to when we needed the house ready, but he also expressed attentiveness about every detail we requested. Rome and his team completed what others considered “a big job”, without any complaints, and made sure that he kept his word about when he would complete the job. Rome has become part of the family, as we will definitely be using his services again. I would not listen to any negative comments about this company, just be very clear of what you want and Rome will let you know an answer. He works with a team of professionals who are reliable, trustworthy, and respectful. Thank you Rome and team!

Rome was very easy to work with and was very flexible on the project. Great communication the whole time and we got exactly what we wanted.The whole project took about a week and everything that was promised was delivered. Would definitely recommend and use again. We contacted Rome prior to closing on our new home with a few projects we hoped to have done (new flooring installed and paint for several rooms). He was very responsive and helpful - he came to see the house the morning after we closed, and brought a team of his guys to get started on the work that same day. He wrote up a contract outlining their work and the total rate, so there were no unexpected costs. We had less than two weeks between closing and our move-in date, and his guys did a wonderful job of getting everything done on time, leaving us with a few extra days to clean up and prepare the house for movers. Rome and his team ended up doing much more than our initial scope of work - they replaced lighting fixtures and a fan, built up the floor in our master suite to be level with the rest of our flooring, installed a fireproof door in our garage, came back to replace support beams in our basement, and installed a railing on our front steps. Through everything, Rome was communicative, friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. His prices are very reasonable for the area, and he really cares about ensuring that we feel happy with the work that is done. I couldn’t recommend Rome enough, and we look forward to hiring him again to finish our basement.
