FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not like surprises, I usually give an estimate for labor and an estimate for material. The price agreed before we start the job is the price the client is going to pay at the end, no surprises. If we come across something that needs to be fixed while we perform the work we always get the client approval before going ahead and adding that to the scope of work. This way the client doesn't have to worry about being charged more than what was agreed. As the owner I try to be the more transparent possible so the client know that he can trust me and that he will not be scammed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I almost never give an estimate without seeing the property. First because it is very hard to give an accurate estimate based on written description and even on photos. Second I like to meet the potential client so he and I know who we are doing business with.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
No job is too small or too big for us. Most of our work is residential, from a simple power washing job to a full interior paint project in a multi-million dollar NYC apartment.Even though residential work represents approximately 80% of our work, we have painted warehouses, factories, car dealerships and medical facilities as well.
