FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am fairly new to the "job", so I am offering some of my first customers discounts in exchange for filling out a survey and providing me with feedback on the process and what they especially liked. Please ask me about this when we speak.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer requires its own process of discerning how much time they want to spend on the actual ceremony. For some, the most minimal service is what they are looking for. For others, the ritual of publicly proclaiming that your life is not full without this partner is important. I want to understand your needs so we can design the perfect ceremony, whether there be an exchange of rings, custom vows, a unity candle, or any other aspect of ritual you want to incorporate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As an election administrator, I coordinate 14-hour events which simultaneously occur at 13 different locations and include 200 volunteers and 30,000 guests. And at the end of the night everything must balance. Many people consider election administrators the equivalent of a "wedding planner on steroids". What that means for you is that I understand how important it is that everything goes as planned. And you can count on me to make sure that I fulfill everything we agreed to.
