- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We discuss our pricing upfront! No hidden fees ever added! You receive a complete breakdown and we work with you and your budget! If you pay in full, you receive a 10% discount and if you book an event 4 or more months prior, you qualify for a payment plan.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The beginning process of working with a new customer is to get to know them and about their event! We truly understand and respect the time and care that goes into planning any event, and we are dedicated to making the "drink" aspect of your dream event come alive. We always request that our new customers hop on a brief 5 to 10 minute phone call with is us to discuss their desires and goals when it comes to the bar service portion of the event! We love all the little details, those are the most important!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every bartender that works for Pristine Pour has a minimum of 5 years experience as a bartender, ranging in a vast variety of settings. Every employee is TIPS certified as well! Our proud owner, Kristine, has over 12 years of experience bartending. She has worked on event cruiselines, fine dining steam trains, and even managed a beloved local bar! We pride ourselves in our service, so being an experienced bartender is a requirement to be employed by Pristine Pour!
