- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer three pricing package so our customers can select a option that best fits their investment needs. All pricing packages are disclosed on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually will create a guest card to ensure we better understand what you are looking for and how we can help you. If it is a good fit, we will schedule an inspection so we can do a free rental analysis on your property. After we receive a signed contract we will introduce ourselves to your current tenant or take pictures so we can start advertising your vacant units as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MBA, Real Estate Brokers License, Real Estate Salesperson License, Professional Member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
