- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always fair and reflects the quality and effort put into each cleaning service. I believe in honesty and transparency, ensuring that customers receive top notch cleaning without being overcharged. Every home is different, so pricing is based on factors like the size of the space the level of cleaning needed, and the frequency of the service. I never take advantage of my customers. My goal is to provide excellent cleaning at a reasonable price that makes sense for the both of us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From a young age, I was responsible for taking care of my home, which gave me an early understanding of the importance of proper cleaning techniques. Over time, I developed a deep familiarity with different types of flooring and the best products to use to maintain and protect them. I also gained extensive knowledge of various household appliances and furniture, learning which cleaning methods and products are safest and most effective for each. This hands-on experience, combined with continuous learning and industry best practices, has allowed me to provide high-quality, detail oriented, cleaning services that ensure the best care for every space.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
In this business, I've worked with all types of customers, from busy professionals to families with different cleaning needs. Some prefer deep cleanings, while others need regular maintenance on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule. Everyone's home and preferences are different, and my job is to adapt to their unique expectations, providing a cleaning service that fits their specific needs.
