She brought 3 people instead of 2 that we agreed on. She insulted me. She worked 1 hr less and charged me more for the extra person.

Hi Mrs Peggy, you are correct I brought two people with me which makes three of us. I did work one hour last because I was not able to stand inside of your house anymore and you know why. I never insulted you. I only said that your bathroom was really dirty and it needed, an extra attention that’s part of my job. If you like, I can post pictures here of the before and after. I really don’t mind the two stars you gave us because I know we are worth way more than that from Our other clients, We work really hard and I am proud of what I do! Thank you so much for your business, but we will be not coming back to your house after this review.
