I just moved in to a new house and needed a lot of work done. I contacted a couple of places and decided to move forward with Garry as he was the most responsive and gave me a very reasonable quote on the work required. He helped me with a full bathroom remodeling, laying new floors for the living room and upstairs, painting, and electric work. My home insurance required that I replace my electric panel box, level out concrete in the back, and put in child proof stairs which he also helped out with. There were also little things that came up during the work that needed fixing and he helped me fix those as well. He was very knowledgeable on every aspect of house-related work and I couldn't have asked for a better contractor to work with to have performed all of the work. Highly recommend and will look to hire him for future work.

I highly recommend Gary Smith. He is my go to person for all my renovation and remodeling needs. He has worked on numerous projects for me over the past several years. Some of these projects included replacing my staircase, electrical work, plumbing and the list goes on. Working With Garry and his crew has been a pleasure. I had an idea to turn dead space in my kitchen into a pantry area. Garry was able to a make something out of nothing. I showed him an inspiration picture of what I wanted and he was able to bring it to life. Thank you to Garry and his guy Malik for their hard work. Eventhough we still have to stain the countertop and paint the base cabinet and add the handles I still luv the outcome. And he came in at a price that beat the competition. I have other projects that need to be done and I will definitely keep Garry's # in my mental roledex.
