- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer free consultations and advice to home owners as well as businesses. Prioritizing which projects should be addressed and which should be put on the back burner for later is a tough decision that I'm glad to help with. Understand how short term goals, tasks and improvements can help to facilitate long term goals is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S in management information systems. I have 20 years of experience in the home improvement and landscape design business. I have also taken lead safety training and I'm able to test for lead as well as properly deal with it in a safe secure manner.
