    Leasing Fees - 50% of 1st months rent Lease Renewal Fee - 25% Maintenance fees - $35-75+/hr per tech needed Management fee: 1-5 Units: 10% 6-9 Units: 8% 10+ Units: 7% If you purchase more units, or refer other owner properties to us, we will include the discount in your contract pricing!
