- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our simple pricing is 8-10% of monthly rents + 1 month lease up fee if we find a new tenant. You don't get charged any markups on maintenance jobs, inspections, startup fees or cancellation fees. We strive to align with our owner goals. We make money when you do. Also, you can see rent collection, leasing and maintenance stats at any time on our mobile platform.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We have an onboarding call to find out what your goals are for your investment property, then we sign contracts. 2. We send out letters to your residents informing them of management change, and process to pay rent and contact customer service. 3. You get access to our owner portal to see management activities.
