Sometimes it can be hard to find both a wonderful rental property AND an awesome property management company. Idoni Property Management definitely delivers. They're not only professional and quick to respond, everyone has been extremely friendly and personable. Remi has been so friendly and helpful during the whole process! I'm so happy to have found such an awesome place to rent from!

WAY better than every other property management firm I've worked with. No comparison whatsoever: Idoni Property Management is super-responsive, proactive and just very helpful overall. I worked with another large property management firm for a few condos I own, for about 10 years. I was lied to, ignored, told all sorts of nonsense, overcharged, etc. I had it and changed. With Idoni, I'm contacted immediately (and proactively contacted about things- even just to check in), given accurate information, and given service that goes above and beyond. For example, one of my condos was damaged, and without asking, I was sent a whole set of very helpful pictures of the damage (as I live far away) and given suggested next steps to get the issue fixed. Again, there's just no comparison whatsoever between Idoni and others- Idoni Property Management is heads above everyone else. Use them and you'll be glad, as I am.

I am an investor from New York City and have investment property in Connecticut. Since the time we bought the property we struggled on finding the right manager. We were so disheartened that we were on the verge of selling the property until Idoni came in the picture. We thought of giving one last chance by making a change based on good reference for Idoni Property management. Craig has been extremely proactive from Day 1. He not only went through the details of getting the property ready but also had an effective game plan on getting it leased out quickly. Within a month he revived the property and also got us a signed lease. Kudos to Idoni, they are so passionate about their business and go out of their way to help you. They are very detail oriented and cautious, so you can rest in peace with the legalities of the lease as well as getting the right tenants. Five stars for this company and wish them lots of success!

Idoni has been an excellent property manager for the past four years. They understand market conditions and pricing, find excellent renters for my home and maintain great communications with me. They are practical and knowledgeable and seem to have a nice balance between property owner and prospective renters. It requires a bit of flexibility on their part, given I live so far away and I can be hard to reach due to travel and time zones, but they have proven to be true partners when it comes to managing my property. They've gone above and beyond more than once. I managed the property on my own for a few years and would never do it again, having seen what it's like to work with them. In short, I would absolutely recommend them!

Our simple pricing is 8-10% of monthly rents + 1 month lease up fee if we find a new tenant. You don't get charged any markups on maintenance jobs, inspections, startup fees or cancellation fees. We strive to align with our owner goals. We make money when you do. Also, you can see rent collection, leasing and maintenance stats at any time on our mobile platform.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We have an onboarding call to find out what your goals are for your investment property, then we sign contracts. 2. We send out letters to your residents informing them of management change, and process to pay rent and contact customer service. 3. You get access to our owner portal to see management activities.
