CUNIN constructors has done an excellent job for my roof replacement including gutters. Their team worked efficiently and coordinated very well during the work. They sent ten people to worked for two days. They came at 7:30 to start their work until 7:00 and cleaned everything up when they left the work. The office is very responsive when I have any questions, they pick up the phone immediately and followed up. The result topped my expectations and I am really happy I used this company.

CUNIN Construction replaced the shingles on my entire roof. They did an excellent job and were very professional. No matter the size of your roof they have the people to do it. They took pictures of any damage to the plywood so you can see it for yourself and showed their progress during the job. I highly recommend them. You can’t go wrong with them.

Andres from Cunin Construction was a pleasure to work with. We unfortunately notice some leaks after some recent storms in the area. Knowing the roof was about 30 years old, it was due for a change. He not only was able to get our roof done in a timely manner, he was able to get us bigger gutters. I recommend him and his team for your roofing needs!

A real workmanship with professionalism at it’s best is what my first impression with Cunin Construction LLC services I availed for my roof replacement. They got an excellent team Andres, Rodrigo and Jenny who came for initial inspection and provided with estimate & suggestions. Only challenge I faced was about the language they spoke (all of them were Spanish) with little English knowledge, but overcame with google translate. They were not pushy at all and gave suggestions to make my decisions. On the day of roof installation Rodrigo arrived on time with his crew. Initially told might take one &half days, but they completed the work in the same day. Also they cleaned the mess before leaving from the site and one of their team member was collecting all the nails fallen on to the ground from the previous roofing using a magnetic hammer to make it safer for me and my family. Additional minor asks by me were also addressed. Even the price they quoted was competitive and best offer with a discount. The only disappointment I had was around the choice of roof color ( timberline hdz biscayne blue) initially we selected before contract was signed were not available from GAF which we were informed only two days before the installation day. Hence had to choose another one (Hickory) among four choices which were readily available with Cunin. Over all I am fully satisfied with Cunin and I recommend them for your roofing needs. I will provide an update on how my roof is doing after a heavy rain fall, but as Cunin guarantees 15years of free labor and GAFs 50 year material warranty, I think I am worry free.
