After I closed Noel's Kitchen, I started Sarah's and named it after my daughter Sarah Robyn. She is my inspiration. This company specializes in a Cajun, Creole, French, West Indian, Southern, BBQ, Latin, & Classic American Cuisines that offers dishes that can be eaten for Breakfast, Lunch, Brunch, & Dinner. I think the end results is the best for me. I love it when my clients are completely satisfied and I see that smile and look of "Thank You" on their face. Sometimes, It's a look of great relief. These events are extremely important and stressful to my clients so I take each individual contract just as important. The pay is good too. LOL!!!

INCREDIBLE! We held a dinner party for 12 to celebrate a birthday. Chef Robert helped curate the perfect menu. Our guests were truly blown away by the quality of food, taste and portions (we had plenty of leftovers). The Chefs were just so lovely to work with, happy to engage with us, were super professional and left the kitchen spotless. 100% book chef Robert, you won’t regret it!

Chef Rob was AMAZING, Phenomenal, professional, on time, and his staff was great. From the moment we spoke we just knew he was the one for us. His personality lights up a room he’s so outgoing understanding and executed our menu request so efficiently. We hired him for my husband’s 40th bday. Our menu was 5 course we had: Louisiana deviled eggs, crab cakes, candied pork belly, shrimp with fried grits. Cesar salad truffle Mac and cheese Entree : fried chicken, lobster tails, mash potatoes, collard greens, biscuits, Mexican corn bread. Peach cobbler a la mode. Everything was amazing. He got to me eat collard greens and grits like WOW. Everyone was raving how amazing the food was. We had left overs and it still tasted just as amazing as day one. If you are thinking of hiring Chef Rob, trust me don’t think twice he’s way worth it. If you need a comedian chef he’s also your guy the best! Will be hiring him for any future events. Chef Rob seriously thank you so much for making Rich’s birthday so memorable and amazing. Appreciate you!!

Chef Crawford was responsive and flexible from our first communication. He listened and was able to provide a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner for 24 people. The dishes were extremely plentiful,varied and in some instances non-traditional ( as requested). All leftovers were packaged and provided additional delicious meals. His assistant was also a pleasure to work with. Thank you Chef Crawford for providing a delicious meal, in less than ideal conditions, and for being calm, flexible and patient.

Chef Rob exceeded all expectations! He was punctual, professional, and brought such a fun and engaging energy to our NYE dinner party. The food was absolutely EXCELLENT—some of the most unique and flavorful dishes I’ve ever had. Each bite truly transported us to another country, showcasing his incredible talent for blending unique tastes. To top it off, he left the space spotless, taking care of all the cleanup. A+ experience all around—I highly recommend him for any event!

We (family of six) hired Chef Rob for a birthday dinner in the Pocono Mountains over Christmas holiday. The initial consultation and the final presentation were seamless. We had some dietary restrictions who the chef catered to. Overall, the food was amazing. Flavors were bold and portions were large; we had so much left over we ate it a second day. Chef Rob was professional, funny, attentive to detail. Would highly recommend him for a future event. Chef Rob thanks for being a part of our memorable experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a phone call or 2 in the beginning. Then probably 2 to 3 meetings which may include a tasting. Sign Contract. Perform Event. Pretty straight forward

I trained as a Chef in Louisiana for over 7 years. I've opened a full service restaurant in Atlanta and in Brooklyn. In total, I've had 4 restaurants to date. I've been working in the Food Service Industry since 1994
