I recently had an excellent experience with K & N Appliance Repair. My refrigerator stopped cooling, and I was worried about losing all my food. I called K & N, and they were able to send a technician the same day. The technician, Mike, was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the necessary parts with him to fix it right away. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and my fridge is now working perfectly. K&N cancelled my appointment the day they were supposed to be here. The day of the rescheduled appointment they showed up an hour & a half past the 4 hour window they gave me. I wasted a lot of time waiting over two days. Once they finally got here, they did a great job. Just really bad scheduling.
