Hired this company to paint my condo. Sadly, as days went by after completion we noticed a lot of "short cuts" and just plain sloppiness, spots missed, chips, and instead of removing items..just painted around them on the wall.?! Total cost wasn't cheap either. Disappointing...

I find this review quite odd. The original estimate was for one coat, which didn't cover so we gave them a full additional coat for $200. Also, originally we were not to do any sanding of the walls due to the boyfriends breathing issues. Once the job was started, he would leave for a few hours each morning to allow us to sand. I didn't complain or charge more because it really needed to be done. The job was done professionally and no "short cuts" were taken. My price was less than her boyfriends son, who also has a painting company. I have never received a bad review in 10 years in business. I always make sure the customer is happy. I would have expected a phone call expressing disappointment as apposed to a poor review online. I would have been more than happy to address any issues. ASG was hired to paint the front of our four story apartment building. Andy was very professional and communicated with us through every facet of the project. The project was completed in a timely fashion and came out wonderful. His skills and expertise was apparent in all the work performed. I look forward to continuing to have ASG provide their services for all our painting needs.
