My rental property had an water pipe burst causing extensive damage to a 3 floor 2 family unit home. The damage was a nightmare! My property manager happened to come across 1-800 WATER DAMAGE and we decided to move forward with them because of their great reviews. This was the best decision my husband and I could have ever made! We worked with both Scott and Carl for the mold remediation phase of the repairs. Both were professional, patient, knowledgable and responsive. Most of our interactions were with Scott and he held our hand every step of the way. Our insurance carrier was not cooperative at all. Scott was able to refer us to wonderful third party adjuster who worked on our behalf to move the repairs along. Scott patiently explained each step of the remediation process, kept us updated on any delays and changes in the timeline and he also made sure the appropriate permits were in place with the correct city departments in order to start work. I can't thank Scott enough for his help and reassurance through this ordeal. We have had such a good experience with 1-800 WATER DAMAGE, we have decided to continue to use them for the restoration phase of the repairs.

Scott and his team were diligent during the initial inspection/consultation, clearly describing each step that would be taken to rectify the water damage. They then went above and beyond during the remediation process.

Carl, Scott and the team are extremely customer-focused. Truly their main concern is to make customers happy. They did an amazing job doing mold remediation and completely cleaning and vacuuming an attic that had probably not been cleaned in decades. They are extremely professional and won't try to nickel and dime you or bait and switch you if the job ends up being more complex than anticipated. Cannot recommend them enough.
