I worked with 1-800 Water Damage for a small issue and they were excellent. Scott is very easy and responsive. They don't seem to push you to do more than is required to fix the issue. 5 Stars.

We cannot say enough good things about 1-800 WATER DAMAGE! Scott, the owner, came to our rescue when we noticed a strange odor in our laundry room. He quickly identified the source and discovered mold we didnt even know was there. At first, we were frightened and overwhelmed, but Scotts calm professionalism made all the difference.He took time to explain everything clearly, walked us through the remediation process, and gave us the confidence to move forward.5 Stars! We experienced significant water damage at our house. Carl and Scott explained the process for the remediation and what we should expect in terms of time and logistics. All our questions elicited detailed answers which really set our minds at ease. Most reassuring was the description and possibility of the hidden conditions that might be revealed once the work began so that we would not be caught by surprise. Our belongings were protected from dust and the ultimate cleanup was first rate. All aspects of the work were carried out in a professional manner and I would highly recommend them.

Scott and his team are the best! We first met Scott when we had a water emergency in our basement; he was quick to respond, salvaged everything possible, and was so responsive/easy to work with. A few years later, when an energy audit revealed some mold hiding in the basement/attic, Scott was our first call. Once again, he was prompt, courteous, and beyond reasonable. Highly recommend!
