FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for larger work is generally a flat rate that is agreed upon before the work starts. I find that pricing this way is beneficial the customer incase a project takes longer than expected the customer is not charged for anything over the flat rate price, and also protects my business if the project moves faster than expected the flat rate covering gaps in scheduling. For smaller services coming in through thumbtack I price on case by case basis as well.
