Jeff fully remodeled two outdated bathrooms in my condo / investment property. He helped me with the planning and purchasing process, and he even joined me on a tile shopping trip to ensure that the materials I bought would work well for the job. Once the walls and floors were opened up, he found many unexpected issues left by previous contractors years ago. These issues (to name just a few) included dangling electrical wires, plumbing that would have prevented insetting a medicine cabinet into the wall, and some very uneven wall framing that would have caused noticeable flaws in the shower tiling. He took the time to explain the problems he found, offered options of working around those problems, and addressed them so that he had a solid base to build upon. His years of experience is clear in his ability to problem solve. Once he had a solid base established, installation went quickly. The bathrooms are beautiful and I'm very pleased with the result. Jeff is a friendly and easy person to work with, and I've already hired him to do some additional work on my kitchen.

Jeff was very conscientious about doing the best job he could do. He built a catio (a cat patio). He also rebuilt two of out outside porches. They will diffidently last longer than the ones they replaced. Jeff checked with us through the process to make sure we were pleased with the job. We are very pleased with the job Jeff did and we will diffidently use him again.
