- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I make my quote based on how far away the wedding is and if I will need to be at a rehesral. If there is a rehesral I will be there!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have an initial meeting with couples either in personal or over the phone. Then I send out 2 questionnaires. One is about the ceremony and the other is personal questions. I can meet as many times as you want; however after that I usually see you again at the rehesral. I can run the rehesral if needed, but I always practice the vows. I'll also chat with family and get to know the couple a bit more. Finally, I come to the ceremony 2 hours early- I can help out if needed, do a sound check, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Theology and worked as a youth pastor for 10 years. I do not only do religious ceremonies though, in fact most of them are NOT in anyway religious. I've been doing wedding for 6 years averaging 25 per year. I love every single aspect of it!
