Pro was responsive. He called us right away to let us know that his calendar had not updated and that the appointment we scheduled was not available but he was able to come the next morning. Most air conditioner repair companies were a week out ! What he charged for the repair was very reasonable. Got great advice about using furnace filters between 7 to 9 not higher because it obstruct the airflow. Expensive hyper allergenic ones are not the way to go!

I recently bought a new house and it needed a new furnace 10 years ago. Got an ad for a discount on a new system from a newer company in my mail. They were able to come over, spec everything out, make recommendations, order the parts, and install everything before I moved in.My new thermostat keeps the house between 68 and 72 year round and auto switches between heating / cooling and kicks on the humidifier during winter. It even reminds me when to change the filters.Speaking of filters... I was able to get them to install a hepa filter to my ducting in addition to the regular one. It's helped knock down the dust in my house which has been a help with my asthma.Definitely happy with all the work I had done and I can't recommend them enough.

I was looking into getting a new furnace, between the constant dust in my house and my kid having nosebleeds, my house was a hot mess, and not just from the dogs. Halo was able to come out quickly, the gentleman I worked with was awesome, he gave me quotes on different finances and taught me about HEPA filters (who knew), and humidifiers. Best part, I wasn't waiting weeks to get everything installed! Within the first few days of having it installed, I noticed there was less dust in my house, and everything smelled cleaner. Thanks to the humidifier My son has stopped having nosebleeds, and I have noticed an improvement in my skin and hair. I will absolutely be using Halo again!
