FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that our pricing is transparent and tailored to each project, ensuring fairness and value. While the cost is based on the specific area of the basement, we're finishing, and I offer competitive pricing without compromising on quality. Discounts may be available for larger projects or during specific promotional periods. Additionally, any fees, such as permits or unique materials, are communicated upfront. This approach guarantees no hidden charges, providing clarity and trust from the outset. We aim to work within your budget, offering solutions that meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In our initial meeting, I meticulously measure your basement, including plumbing locations and essential utilities like the furnace and hot water heater. This detailed assessment allows me to draft a comprehensive set of plans, including a tailored floor plan, which I will send you for approval. My pricing strategy is transparent and fair, focusing solely on the area we're transforming, ensuring you get value precisely where it matters. With your approval, we align on the project's scope, allowing us to precisely calculate the materials needed—from studs to paint—and provide you with an accurate estimate. Upon agreement, we set a start date, embarking on a 2 to 3-month journey to transform your space, with timelines varying based on size and material availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 30 years of building experience under my belt, I have an extensive portfolio that includes constructing churches for the Denver Archdiocese, flying across the nation to build senior living facilities and hospitals, completing over 13,000 apartment units for various developers, and erecting a 47-story skyscraper in Georgia. My diverse experience ensures that clients can trust in their project's success, comforted by the knowledge that they are in capable hands. I hold licenses in multiple states—California, Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Dakota, and Nebraska—further testament to my expertise and the breadth of my capabilities."
