Was knowledgeable about parts that needed replaced after coming out. Was willing to come any time of day and scheduled quickly. Was not told during the initial call there was a fee for mileage traveled, or any sort of fee. Only fee price I knew of was the one listed on the site for average price. Did not ask any questions regarding what type of hot tub we had. After coming out, found out they cannot order parts for Bullfrog company. Willing to fix the problem if we can get the part ordered on our own.
