- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can prepare an initial analysis of the potential for your investment property prior to meeting with you at the property. We usually do not require any up-front funding before taking over the management of your property. This can happen, however, if work is needed in preparation for marketing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
37 years of property management experience in the Metro Denver and foothills areas. Graduate Realtor Institute, ePro designation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I followed in the footsteps of my parents who started our business back in 1959. I only wish I had begun this career 10 years earlier, although I would have then missed my 12 years in the building materials industry.
