- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different and unique, so is the price of them. However, we do our best to provide customers with a fair price upfront, extras are discussed ahead of time. We promise no surprises on your bill. Note: We are not an EPA Lead Base Paint Abatement & Removal Company, and agree to handle lead-base paint in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive an inquiry for a project, we make the initial call to the client to discuss their needs and set up a free estimate. At the estimate, we measure all areas and discuss options that best suit the client's needs, such as color, budget, and time frame. With all the information gathered, we generate an estimate for the client to review. After accepting the estimate, a timeline is generated to begin the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a background in Industrial Engineering, I developed my career for more than a decade in improving efficiency, quality and safety in the area of manufacturing. I have a passion for building relationships with customers that are based on a quality product and finish, while also being budget-friendly.
