Introduction: I tailor each client's fitness plan to them. I consider each client's fitness level, lifestyle, likes/dislikes, personal goals, and any contraindications when creating a customized fitness routine. I have a lot of experience working with joint pain, injuries, and spinal fusions and not only can I modify exercises to accommodate these things but I prescribe specific exercises to reverse the movement compensations that pain and surgery cause. I take the time to get to know my clients on a personal level because I have found that makes clients more likely to stick to a new routine and see better results. Nutrition is also a passion of mine and as a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist I coach better eating habits, give advice on nutritious food, and help with meal planning and recipes. I love working with people to make positive changes in their lives! I have a passion for fitness and health and the best part of my job is sharing that with others.

Tine is honestly the best trainer I have ever met and worked with. I worked with Tine for almost 3-4 months now. She was able to work with me on my individual dietary restrictions (I have IBS and acid reflux) and needs as well as to formulate a workout plan that fit my individual needs, schedule, and my limitations while still challenging me. She is very understanding and reliable. She always shows up on time and is very flexible with working with my schedule. Really loved working with her and I was able to get motivated enough to be healthier! The workouts she gave me were challenging, helpful, and variable so it's always learning something new! She also kept my Asthma in mind and made sure to consistently check up on me and catered the work out so that I would be able to control my asthma better. I am so fortunate she was able to help me out with controlling my asthma and trying to increase my lung capacity in workouts. Her customizable workouts and homework helped me stay fit even when I wasn't in the gym training with her. She's a bright and happy person and is very motivating and inspirational. My sister and I absolutely loved her! If you need a great trainer, look no further!

I've worked with a few personal trainers during my life and her professional manner as well as coaching style is just what we needed. I look forward to continuing to work with her, and despite the muscle soreness after our sessions gym time is one of the things I like forward to every week.

Tine is a great trainer, I am a male and I was not sure I would be comfortable with a female trainer and I did not think she would be able to motivate me to work hard,. She plans out my workout sessions prior to our workout. She lets me know prior to our workout, what we will be working on, so that we make the most of our time. After each workout and also during the workout, she asks for feedback and uses the feedback to plan out my next workout session. The workouts are put together very well and she has a way to keep me motivated to continue to push work hard to meet my goals. She is also very knowledgeable in nutrition and diet. She continues to research not only various exercises and ways to get the most out of the exercise, she does the same with my diet and nutrition. I do not eat well, no vegetables or fruit. Tine will research vitamins and proteins and other foods that I do like, which replaces the vegetables and fruits that I do not eat. I did not work my legs prior to working out with Tine and I have notices my legs are developing faster than I thought. My knees and hips would ache when I would walk long distances. Now that I have been working my legs with Tine, my aches and pains are almost completely gone and my cardio has improved. She is a great trainer, motivator and advisor on diet and nutrition. I had 6 abdominal surgeries and a cervical fusion. I did not think I would ever be able to feel my abdominal muscles and the definition in whole body has improved as well as my confidence.
