I live in a 100yr old Craftsman home in Congress Park Area. Piers were installed in the Home in 05'. After having a number of Structural Engineers look @ the Basement & adjacent main floor wall cracks it was recommended that recent source was due to the Weight of Front Porch Floor & Stairs pulling the Wall toward Street. I had a number of interviews & estimates, decided to go with Rigo. Glad I did. The Crew is professional, meticulous, knowledgable, creative, caring. The job was beyond fair in price & the quality was an outstanding finished product. Job was finished timely even when his Construction Trailer was burglarized on sight. Rigo & his Crew continued to maintain their ETA. The Job included: Demo & disposal, Compaction, Road Base, Installation of Caissons, Concrete, Rebar & Later Sealant of Concrete. Whomever reads this can hire whoever they want; you will not find any better then Diamond Concrete & Crew. I am very Pleased! Exceeds My Expectations! I Highly recommend them & will always use them!

My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with Rigo and his team! They had a tough job for us…taking a 2 very large and filthy ponds, demolishing them, and replacing the larger pond with a concrete pad (the second pond became a garden). The team did an excellent job! They are incredibly professional and knowledgeable! They were very responsive in communication. Overall, excellent work and we would highly recommend them! Our failing retaining wall was originally constructed with railroad ties (yikes!) and we knew upon the purchase of our home that we would need it to be completely remodeled. Instead of hiring a costly landscaping company, we opted for the ease of a concrete contractor, and that's where Rigo and his crew came in. Their quote was among the most reasonable, but that's not the only reason we hired them. They treated us with care and respect from the first email to the last handshake. Even with the wet and unpredictable weather, Rigo and his crew made sure the job got done correctly and within a great time frame. We will definitely be hiring Diamond Concrete and Fencing again for another project.

Our garage floor had several cracks in it. It is 40 years old and the concrete floor is suspended above living space (steel beams). We initially were just going to replace part of our garage floor, but the reasonableness of the quote and the expertise of the work made us change our minds and we decided to tear out and replace the entire concrete garage floor. Rigo is knowledgeable, professional and he has a fantastic work ethic. We would hire him again in a minute.

Love these guys! We've hired them for two different projects and had a great experience both times. They're communicative, work within the timeframe they provide, and stick to the estimate cost. They also had ideas for areas we didn't know what to do with. We had concerns about water drainage too and they came through with solutions there. Would definitely recommend.
