Chris was very clear and responsive in setting up the job. He referred us to their partner, Servpro to GC the job . Specialty did a really good job of clearing the house of asbestos following a water leak. They were punctual and thorough. They were a bit haphazard about the removal of our fixtures... Screws and plumbing bits weren't kept with the fixtures. They left some mess... Tape and staples still in the wall, our screen left open, etc.
