- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking which is deducted from the total cost of the cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Giving a correct estimate for there home to be cleaned, also how much time it will take to complete the job. We make sure customers understand what cleaning supplies we use and why and if they ok us using them. Lastly, we fill out a customer and client contract, then send a date for the clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education courses that I have taken are with kingsoopers leadership I have 20 years experience. I am a personal trainer, so customer service as well 10+ years. 2 Business courses as well. Cleaning experience I have is 20+ years. I train with PSI education classes monthly.
