FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates, clear pricing, detailed outlines of the scope of work, and excellent communication with any unforeseen costs being brought to you for approval. You can't communicate too much.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important to me to always do a walk through and listen to the desire of the customer and schedule that upon the initial reach out for my services. I will highlight any details I see that might not have been noticed by the client. I will explain all aspects thoroughly and clearly, and advise them on a potential difficulty, then offer a solution or find the solution if it's new to me. The project goals will be set, the scope of work will be defined verbal and in writing as well as the terms of the deal . I don't start projects with unknowns or potential pending issues to the best of my ability. I over communicate and work diligently to achieve success for their project as well as for myself. We both are after success and that needs to be a mutual goal. One doesn't fail and another succeed. We either both fail or both have success on a project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained extensively and thoroughly since working for some of the largest companies in my early field before self employment, who really take employee training and development seriously. Skill development and customer relations are in excess. They leave no stone un-turned with training....fair housing, risk management, safety protocol, inter office dynamics as well as all the skill training to do your daily work and succeed. If it was part of your job they had training for it. Repetitively at times but greatly beneficial.
