Lena is a literal miracle worker! No one had ever taken so much time to listen and discuss the story of my body--all my health history, injuries, traumas, etc. Lena's holistic approach to me as a whole human being helped me feel safe in her care, and I had never felt so truly seen and cared for like that. She attuned to me and my body each session and I left feeling energized, refreshed, and held.
