What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to remain competitive with our pricing. We do offer a 10% military and 1st responder discount. A home inspection can start at $300.00 and go up from there depending on addons (sewer scope or Radon Test) and size of house.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start off with a phone call so we can decide what service will be right for you. After that we can schedule the appointment and I will send over a confirmation and any applicable papers that may need signed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified from Inspection Certification Associates (ICA school) to preform home inspections and have been certified through INTERNACHI for video sewer Scope. I have also been certified through Ecosense and ICA to test for Radon.
